We are looking for a Business Development & Project Manager to join our growing Artyz SEA team!

Job Description

As a Business Development & Project Manager, you will lead brand acquisition, business development, and project initiatives for our e-commerce and digital marketing segments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale e-commerce solutions, optimize brand performance, and ensure successful project execution. Your role will involve end-to-end management of new and existing partnerships, from strategy and planning to negotiation, execution, and delivery.

This position blends business development, project management, and strategic planning, giving you the opportunity to have a direct impact on Artyz SEA’s growth and the global expansion of Japanese brands. 

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, onboard new brands, and drive growth for a key e-commerce and digital marketing business segment.
  • Lead business development and project management initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and onboarding teams to scale e-commerce solutions and optimize brand performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands, sellers, and strategic partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to boost brand awareness, traffic, and user engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within agencies, brand owners, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or business development, ideally in food, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Amazon, Rakuten) and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills — organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial “builder” mindset — strategic yet hands-on, independent, and highly communicative. 
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in start-up or high-growth environments.
  • Passion for Japanese brands, cross-border e-commerce, and international business.
