We are seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing team!
Job Description This role involves setting up online campaigns on various media platforms, optimizing their performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting the results to clients. An Ad Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for creating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and conducting data analytics. This includes managing client accounts, ensuring operational and communication efficiency, and timely troubleshooting.
This role is perfect for an expert in data analysis and reporting for digital advertising. This job involves collecting and interpreting data from different sources to gain valuable insights into campaign performance, audience behavior, and how assets and inventory are being utilized.
Responsibilities - Coordinating with creative and planning teams to facilitate Campaign Setup and Asset Management.
- Analyzing ad performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing them in a timely manner.
- Conducting ad trafficking analysis.
- Tracking spend and budget accurately and optimizing it to align with client target KPIs.
- Ensuring quality assurance.
Requirements - More than 1 year of experience in ad operations, preferably within an agency setting.
- Experience in managing ads across multiple digital channels (Paid Social, Display, Search and others).
- Experience with Excel or other data manipulation tools.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, including its technology trends, skill requirements, and market dynamics.
- A natural curiosity and a willingness to work in new environments and industries.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and establishing long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in multicultural settings.
- Attention to detail and outstanding multi-project management skills.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with proficiency in other languages preferred.
Benefits - This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period.
- Working hours are flexible.
