Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
This position is Tokyo based.

Artyz is a digital strategy and creative agency with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Our primary focus is to enhance brands' online presence and optimize digital performance. We cater to a diverse range of clients, which includes global multinational brands, local brands, startups, and national governments. We are expanding our digital marketing team and looking for bilingual, creative thinkers who can plan and execute tailored solutions to our clients' digital marketing needs in the local market. We prioritize transparency and mutual trust, so communication is one of the core elements for successful candidates.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team!

職務概要

To work closely with the client side and Artyz internal team members to build tailor-made long-term digital marketing strategy and execution plans based on defined KPIs. Great opportunity to work with international brands in multicultural environments, with the possibility of international travel. This position is Tokyo-based.

職務内容
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through day-to-day communication
  • Manage the overall project progress and support communication with overseas headquarters and relevant departments
  • Create a tailored digital strategy that utilizes the best available channels, creatives, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with design, web development, and copywriting teams to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Define target personas and communication strategies
  • Conduct industry research, market and competitor analysis
  • Assist clients in planning KPIs, goals, and budgets
  • Analyze digital performance across web channels/owned media, social channels, advertising campaigns, and platforms
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and optimization proposals based on results
  • Continuously monitor and optimize digital performance
必須スキル
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Communication is preferred.
  • More than 7 years of experience in developing digital marketing strategies, branding communication, or related fields, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Experience in managing large advertising budgets of several hundred million yen or more. - Experience in growing brands through digital marketing and communication.
  • A natural curiosity and drive to work in new environments and industries.
  • Excellent communication skills in multicultural settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Professional attitude, with a service-oriented and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding multi-project management skills.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, with proficiency in other languages preferred.
待遇
  • This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period.
  • Working hours are flexible.
  • You will have Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, one week of summer holiday, and one week of New Year holiday.
  • There are opportunities for remote work, both domestically and internationally.
