Business Development Manager
This position is Tokyo based.

Artyz is an innovative digital strategy and creative agency headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Our core mission is to enhance brands' online presence and optimize digital performance. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team!

職務概要

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our digital marketing division. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and business development within the marketing agency or consultancy industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

職務内容
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including B2C, D2B, and D2C brands, services, startups, and other potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their marketing and branding needs and delivering tailored solutions. 
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to spot industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. 
  • Act as the face of our company at industry and networking events, conferences, and forums to promote our services and establish new partnerships.
必須スキル
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within an agency setting. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, including its technology trends, skill requirements, and market dynamics.
  • A natural curiosity and a willingness to work in new environments and industries.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and establishing long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in multicultural settings. 
  • Attention to detail and outstanding multi-project management skills. 
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, with proficiency in other languages preferred.
待遇
  • This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period.
  • Working hours are flexible.
  • You will have Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, one week of summer holiday, and one week of New Year holiday.
  • There are opportunities for remote work, both domestically and internationally.
  • Health insurance is included in the benefits package. 
  • Non-Japanese residents will receive visa support.
