職務概要 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cross Border E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. In this junior role, you will manage and optimize our online sales operations across international markets, blending responsibilities in operations, production, and marketing. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to execute e-commerce strategies effectively. This position requires independent thinking and offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in the e-commerce industry.
職務内容 - Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers.
- Assist in product sourcing and development to maintain a diverse and appealing product range for global markets.
- Work with the production team to manage inventory levels and forecast demand across different regions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage customs documentation for shipments.
- Oversee international payment processing and currency conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to optimize performance and track KPIs.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to the online store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and other digital channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cross-border e-commerce.
必須スキル - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a cross-border context.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and management, including writing product descriptions, blog posts, and social media content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese; knowledge of additional South East Asia region languages is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics is a plus.
待遇 - This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period.
- Working hours are flexible.
- You will have Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, one week of summer holiday, and one week of New Year holiday.
